By accessing or using the Agro Capital Standard platform ("ACS Platform") operated by TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L. ("Company"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
The ACS Platform provides institutional agricultural risk analytics, including climate data aggregation, crop risk indices, and geospatial intelligence for financial institutions and agribusiness operators.
The platform is intended for professional and institutional use. Users must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind their organization.
API keys are issued per organization. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Sharing API keys outside your organization is prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse or excessive load.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer the platform, (b) redistribute raw data without authorization, (c) use the platform for unlawful purposes, (d) attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls.
The ACS Platform, its algorithms, risk models, and derived indices are proprietary to TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L. Underlying public data sources (ERA5, GADM) retain their original licenses.
Agricultural risk analytics are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that risk scores or climate projections will predict actual outcomes. Users should perform independent due diligence before making financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from lending or investment decisions.
We target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
Either party may terminate access with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately for material breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chișinău.
We may modify these terms with 30 days notice via the platform. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
