The Agro Capital Standard® platform is intended exclusively for institutional users — banks, insurers, investment funds, and qualifying agricultural-finance professionals. Use of any platform surface implies acceptance of these terms. The full master agreement is signed bilaterally before any Evaluation Access Code is issued.
Access requires an active institutional engagement with TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L. and a controlled Evaluation Access Code. There is no public self-service access. Information shown on this site is decision-support material for trained credit professionals.
The platform may be used solely for evaluating, modelling, and documenting agricultural credit-risk decisions within the scope of the user's institutional mandate. Reverse engineering, redistribution of platform output as third-party products, and use to make automated decisions without human review are not permitted.
The platform produces decision-support outputs. The bank analyst or credit committee remains the final decision-maker. The platform does not certify, guarantee, or substitute for any regulatory compliance obligation. Any reliance on platform output is at the institution's discretion and remains subject to the institution's own model-risk-management framework.
Agro Capital Standard®, ProvableCORE®, TerraScore™, SentientROUTER®, and all related platform code, methodology documentation, and engine outputs are the proprietary property of TF Holding S.R.L. and TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L. Selected components are covered by patent filings AGEPI Nr. 7671 and 7672 (USPTO provisional pending). Trademarks are filed and reserved.
Platform output is provided "as is" subject to the master agreement. Aggregate liability is capped per the master agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, with optional bilateral choice of EU member-state law for institutional clients within the EU/EEA, as agreed in the master agreement.
