Engagements with the Agro Capital Standard® platform are conducted under a bilateral non-disclosure framework. Confidentiality applies symmetrically to client institutional data shared with the platform and to platform methodology, source data inventories, and engine internals shared with the client.
Confidential information includes — without limitation — institutional credit data, portfolio composition, client-internal risk policies, evaluation findings, methodology documentation, source-data provenance metadata, and pricing terms.
Confidential information is processed only on systems hosted in the EU (GCP europe-west1), with role-based access, audit logging, and KMS-protected at-rest encryption. Customer data is never used to train models or for any purpose other than delivering the contracted service.
No third-country transfers occur without explicit Standard Contractual Clauses or GDPR Article 49 explicit consent. Sub-processors are listed in the Data Processing Agreement and bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
Enterprise-tier institutions may audit platform controls once per twelve-month period with thirty days' written notice, subject to the master agreement.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any engagement for the period agreed in the master agreement, typically five years for general confidential information and ten years for trade-secret information.
