1. Data Controller

TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L., registered in the Republic of Moldova, fiscal code 1025600025838 ("we", "us"), acts as data controller for the Agro Capital Standard platform ("ACS Platform").

2. Data We Collect

We process the following categories of data:

Account data: name, email, organization, role — provided during registration or API key issuance.
Usage data: API call logs, timestamps, endpoints accessed, IP addresses — collected automatically.
Agricultural data: publicly available geospatial, climate (ERA5), and crop statistics — no personal data involved.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process personal data to (a) provide and improve ACS Platform services, (b) enforce usage terms, and (c) comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 3 years. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. Agricultural datasets are retained indefinitely as they contain no personal data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with: (a) Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure provider, EU region), (b) regulatory authorities when required by law.

6. International Transfers

Data is processed within the EU (Google Cloud europe-west1). No transfers outside the EEA occur without adequate safeguards.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact us at privacy@tf-platform.com.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), IAM access controls, and audit logging.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify users via the platform dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
