The Agro Capital Standard® platform is operated by TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L., a Moldova-domiciled entity processing data under EU-equivalent GDPR practices. This page summarises how we handle personal and institutional data; the full policy is available on request.

Data we process

The platform processes (a) institutional contact data submitted via the Evaluation Programme intake (company, role, business email, jurisdiction), (b) authenticated session data for Bank OS users (audit trail of dashboard actions), and (c) agronomic, climate, market, and portfolio data supplied by client institutions during scoped evaluations. We do not process consumer or smallholder personal data on this surface.

Lawful basis

Processing is conducted on the lawful bases of (i) legitimate interest in operating an institutional risk-decision-support platform, (ii) contractual necessity once an Evaluation Access Code is issued, and (iii) explicit consent for cross-border data transfer where the client institution is outside the EU/EEA (GDPR Article 49).

Sub-processors

Google Cloud Platform (infrastructure, EU-only deployment), Sectigo (TLS), transactional email provider. The full sub-processor list is included in the Data Processing Agreement template available on request.

Retention

Operational session and audit records are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a regulatory retention window (typically 7–10 years for credit-decision audit trail). Marketing-intake data is retained for 24 months unless the institution requests earlier deletion.
